Summer Youth Training
North Pointe Ballet offers training opportunities to students to supplement their regular home studio classes. Our classes are designed to provide students with a variety of experienced instructors, high-quality ballet technique, and the opportunity to experience different dance genres, along with classical repertoire.
NPB is transitioning to a new database and payment collection software. We highly recommend submitting the “Student Profile Creation” form FIRST, BEFORE you register for summer classes. You will find “Student Profile Creation” listed as a class option to “register” for. There is no cost for this.
If you don’t, you’ll have to input your data for every date for which you’re signing your dancer up for class (for a full session at advanced at pre-professional levels, that means inputting 10 times).
If you have a pre-created student profile, you contact info will auto-generate on your summer sign-up.
Intermediate Sessions
Ages 9-11
Intermediate level dancers should have at least 2 years of ballet experience.
Students will be provided with a two-hour ballet block that includes ballet technique and an elective or conditioning.

Advanced Sessions
Ages 12+
Advanced dancers should have at least 3-4 years of ballet experience.
Dancers should have at least 1 year of pointe shoe-wearing experience to wear pointe shoes in this level. There will be a specified portion of the ballet block where pointe shoes can be worn.
Dancers not en pointe or with less than 1 year of experience may enroll but must stay in flat shoes for the duration of the classes.
Students will be provided with a two-hour ballet block that includes ballet technique and pointe technique or conditioning. Following a snack break, Advanced students will then participate in a one-hour repertoire or elective class.

Pre-Professional Sessions
Ages 14+
Pre-professional dancers should have at least 6-8 years of ballet experience and at least 2-3 years of pointe experience. Students are welcome and encouraged to wear their pointe shoes at any time during technique class.
Students will be provided with a two-hour ballet block that includes ballet technique and pointe technique or conditioning. Following a snack break, Pre-Professional students will then participate in a one-hour repertoire or elective class.

Drop-in options will be available by online registration.
If you would like to pay by cash or check the day of class, waivers still need to be completed online by a parent PRIOR to attending.
$45 for one whole day, $30 for ballet & pointe, or $15 for elective class only.
