The Nutcracker

From dazzling battle scenes to breathtaking dancing, audiences will journey alongside Clara and her Nutcracker Prince to the sparkling Land of the Sweets.

Featuring professional dance artists, thrilling theatrical effects, and vibrant larger-than-life sets and costumes, this cherished classic comes alive in spectacular fashion. Integrated speech and sign language narration weaves seamlessly throughout the performance, creating an inclusive and immersive experience that delights audiences of all ages and abilities.

The Nutcracker Field Trip

North Pointe Ballet makes classical ballet accessible to everyone by providing this field trip opportunity annually at a low cost to students. The Nutcracker is a holiday classic brought to life through professional ballet dancers, live-narration, and special theatrical effects. Teachers are provided with downloadable resources related to content-standards. Students will have the opportunity for a Q and A session with the cast and crew to learn about the “magic” created during the performance and what it is like to put on a full-scale professional ballet production.

  • Run time: 10:30am until 12pm
  • Capacity: Up to 1,000 K-8 students
  • Tickets: $5 per student, includes one free chaperone per 10 students; a minimum of 6 individuals per party.
