Karissa Kuzmickas

Karissa Kuzmickas is from Parma, Ohio. She joined NPB as a trainee in 2023 after being a part of the youth cast in 2022. Karissa’s early training took place at Above the Barre before beginning at Rock City Dance, where she has been training, competing, and now teaching for the last eight years. Karissa has participated in many master classes and intensives with artists such as GroundWorks DanceTheater, Inlet Dance Theatre, artists from Gibney, and Paris Goebel. She currently attends Tri-C and will graduate with an associate of arts degree in spring 2024 as a step toward receiving a bachelor’s degree in dance. A favorite role she has performed is Candy Cane demi soloist in NPB’s The Nutcracker.
